Because our products are consumable wellness items, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received damaged or leaking
- Wrong product delivered
- Product past its expiry date at the time of delivery
How to raise a request
Write to care@sundarayurvedic.com or WhatsApp us within [7] days of delivery with your order ID and a photo / unboxing video of the product.
Replacement or refund
Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD orders are refunded to your bank account / UPI.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
